- PERIOD FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA WILL BE STORED
Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its expiration for the period necessary for after-sales support (e.g., handling complaints, warranties), securing or pursuing claims due to the Administrator, or defending against them (up to 6 years), in compliance with the Administrator’s legal obligations for the period prescribed by law (e.g., tax, accounting regulations). Personal data processed based on consent will be processed until consent is revoked at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

the right to access your personal data, the right to obtain confirmation of whether the Administrator is processing the data and information regarding such processing, the right to rectify data, the right to request the deletion of data from the Administrator, the right to request the Administrator to limit data processing, the right to data portability (receiving and/or sending them to another administrator), the right to object to data processing based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or for direct marketing purposes, the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal).

Business partners in the execution of contracts (including, e.g., agents, contractors), law firms, telecommunications entrepreneurs, banks for payment execution, postal operators, carriers, document archiving companies, partners providing technical services (e.g., emails, maintaining IT systems and websites). We do not apply automated decision-making, including profiling referred to in Art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 of GDPR. We do not transfer information to a third country and/or international organization.

The provided data will be processed using the technical infrastructure (servers) of the Data Processor located in Opole. In the case of foreign shipments, Personal Data will be transferred to courier branches outside Poland, but within the European Economic Area.
Personal Data on the outside of the shipment containing the ordered goods, such as Personal Data on the shipment label, are visible to third parties, but this cannot be considered as grounds for recognizing a Data Protection Violation.
You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal; the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
Providing the above personal data is required by HANO Joanna Więcław to establish contact. The consequence of not providing the personal data required by HANO Joanna Więcław is the inability to conclude and execute the contract.

- These Regulations come into force on March 1, 2017, and apply to contracts concluded from that date.
